Payment

We accept PayPal. The payment must be received and cleared before your order will be shipped. Please make sure you let PayPal route you back to our site or we will not receive notification of your order.

If you pay using a check via PayPal we will not received notification of your order till your payment has cleared. Please allow 7 business days for your check to clear via PayPal. For orders using a check via PayPal please expect up to 15 business days before you receive your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make most orders at the time of the order to ensure freshness. Please contact us if you need a rushed order.

We ship USPS Priority. Once your order ships it will arrive in 3 business days.

If you have not receive your order in 11 or more days please contact us.

For orders using a check via PayPal please expect up to 15 business days before you receive your order.

In the case of back order items you will be contacted.

Shipping in the US

Please expect up to 7 business days before we ship your item. We use USPS priority shipping so that the product will reach you as soon as possible. If you prefer another shipping method please email me to discuss other options. Some items may not be available for shipment during the summer months due to the risk of damage.

Returns

Please Contact us before returning products!

Damage: We pack our products very carefully, yet shipping can sometimes be a rough process. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours and save all of your shipping materials. UPS and USPS will need it for inspection purposes and damage assessment. We will send you a shipping label for return shipment. Once we the damage items is returned, the replacement item will be sent.

Error: If your product was sent in error or incorrect please call us or email us for a return authorization number.

Opened and Used Products: For sanitary reasons and due to the handmade nature of our products, we obviously cannot accept opened or used products if they are not defective or sent in error. All of our ingredients are listed on our website in each and every product so customers can avoid possible reactions that they are away of. Please read our ingredients before purchasing. We do offer a Sample Kit and Sample Sizes which is a great way to sample smaller size products to see how they work for your skin, before buying in the larger sizes.

Free Products: No returns on Free with Purchase items.

We will make changes to this policy on a case by case basis. Situations that are an exception to the our return policy will be responsible for shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
